1General Terms

By accessing the BD Bajji platform or creating an account, you automatically agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read them in full before you start using the platform.

BD Bajji reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2Account Registration

Account registration is completely free — no fees are charged at sign-up. Betting activities can begin once a deposit has been made.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

BD Bajji supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods.

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed.
• Deposited funds must be used in at least one bet.
• Specific wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.

If BD Bajji identifies a suspicious transaction, it reserves the right to place that transaction on hold. The matter can be resolved by contacting customer support.

4Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms:

• Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit. This bonus must be wagered at least 10 times before it can be withdrawn.
• Cashback Bonus: Cashback is offered at a set rate on weekly losses and is credited directly to your account.
• Reload Bonus: Depositing on specific days may earn you an additional bonus.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you will receive a bonus.

If BD Bajji detects bonus abuse — such as creating accounts to claim bonuses or engaging in bonus arbitrage — BD Bajji reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account in question.

Each user is eligible to claim each bonus offer once only. Multiple members of the same household attempting to claim the same bonus will be considered bonus abuse.

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on BD Bajji:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The minimum bet amount is set individually for each game or event.
• Maximum winnings are subject to the limits set by each game's rules.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of any game, BD Bajji reserves the right to void the bets involved.
• If your internet connection drops during a live game, the outcome of the game remains unaffected.

For Sports Betting:

• Bets must be confirmed before the match begins (except for live betting).
• If an event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the full amount will be refunded.
• In the event of a draw, payouts will be made according to the designated odds.
• BD Bajji treats official sources as the final authority on scores and results.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BD Bajji platform:

• Operating an account through fraud or deception.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Using someone else's account or sharing your account with others.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Harassment or abusive behaviour towards other users.
• Collusion or match-fixing with other players.

BD Bajji reserves the right to immediately close any account involved in the activities listed above and forfeit all associated balances. Legal action may also be taken where necessary.

7Account Closure & Suspension

BD Bajji may suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violating the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• If evidence of suspicious transactions or fraud is found.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Upon the user's own request.

Users may request account closure at any time by emailing support@bdbajji.click. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

8Responsible Gaming

BD Bajji places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. We believe betting is for entertainment only — not as a source of income.

BD Bajji offers the following features to support responsible gaming:

• Deposit Limits: Setting daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limits: Setting a maximum limit per bet.
